  • OTHER COUNTRIES:
  • - stamped mail: 3-6 weeks, sometimes it's up to 4 months
    - tracked package: 1-2 weeks, sometimes the delay can still happen up to 3 months in certain countries

    😢 LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
     
    Please be aware that I will not be able to offer a refund if your package is lost.

    Check with your local post office or ask neighbors to see if your package was sent incorrectly. Sometimes the package is either "returned to sender" or waiting at your post office due to a failed delivery attempt where the postal workers were unable to leave the package. These problems are issues with the postal service and not in my control. I'll try to help and work with you, but I only have access to the same information as you.

  • 😢 ORDER GETS RETURNED BACK?

    If the order is returned due to the address being incorrect, your package will be delayed. It will be your responsibility to pay for the return postage for orders that require replacement, refunds, or other purposes not discussed with us. If you choose to get a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total original cost.
