📫 UNTRACKED STAMPED MAIL - FLAT STICKERS/ART PRINTS ONLY

To keep shipping affordable, I offer untracked stamped mail for flat items (stickers, art prints) only.
If a listing says “flat stickers only” and you add bulkier items, I’ll have to cancel the order — this shipping option can’t support larger items. I’m also not able to hold or reserve items once an order is canceled. Thanks for understanding!

OTHER COUNTRIES:
  • stamped mail: 3-6 weeks (sometimes can take up to 3 months)
  • tracked package: 1-2 weeks, sometimes the delay can still happen up to 3 months in certain countries

😢 IT SHOWS DELIVERED BUT MY PACKAGE ISN'T HERE?
Sometimes the package can get stuck in transit even though it shows "delivered", please allow up to 3 weeks for it to show up. 

Please also check with your neignbor, and the local post office as they will have more information of your package. Unfortunately I do not have any control once the package is sent out. 

😢 LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
 
Please be aware that I will not be able to offer a refund if your package is lost.

Check with your local post office or ask neighbors to see if your package was sent incorrectly. Sometimes the package is either "returned to sender" or waiting at your post office due to a failed delivery attempt where the postal workers were unable to leave the package. These problems are issues with the postal service and not in my control. I'll try to help and work with you, but I only have access to the same information as you.

😢 ORDER GETS RETURNED BACK?

If the order is returned due to the address being incorrect or no receiver was present at the time, your package will be delayed and it will be returned to me.

It will be your responsibility to pay for the return postage for orders that require replacement, refunds, or other purposes not discussed with us. If you choose to get a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total original cost.

😢 CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?


Mistakes can happen whether it’s the wrong item/ missing detail, etc. Regardless of who’s at fault, I’ll always do my best to make things right. I just ask that you approach with kindness so we can work through it together.

Under certain circumstances, if you have ordered the wrong items and would like to return them, please email us so we can discuss the matter further. I can offer to accept the return under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original condition. If the item is in poor condition, we may offer a partial refund, ranging from half to none, depending on the condition.

  2. Please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

😢 THE QUALITY IS NOT AS I EXPECTED? WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?

My stickers are handmade and designed primarily for journaling and decorating paper goods. While I truly hope you enjoy them, I also understand they may not be for everyone. I don’t currently have the resources to outsource to manufacturers as it can cost upwards of $2,000 for my 40+ designs. Please understand that the prices are based on the time, care, and materials I put into each item.
